If you’re a new patient or it’s been more than a year since your last visit, we may ask you to complete a brief intake form. Need help checking insurance or benefits before you arrive? Just call our front desk. We’re happy to take care of it.
Already a contact lens wearer and need a refill? We make reordering simple. If your prescription is current and on file, just give us a call and we’ll get the order placed for you. If you’re due for a contact lens check, we’ll help schedule your visit so you stay up to date and comfortable.


We accept most major vision and medical insurance plans, including VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare. If you’re not sure what your plan covers, call us; we can help confirm your benefits before your appointment.
Our in-office lab allows many patients to get their glasses the same day, depending on lens type and prescription. We also offer a wide selection of frames for adults and kids. Ask our team if your prescription qualifies.
